Katherine McShane was born in East Providence, Rhode Island. She graduated from East Providence High School in 2005. Presently, she is studying in the Paralegal Program at Community College of Rhode Island where she hopes to earn her Associate Degree of Science.

Ms. McShane is the coordinator of all aspects of the Closing Department at Warranty Title. This includes inputing new titles, obtaining all necessary pay-offs and information required for both Purchases and Refinances.

She also arranges all appointments and manages the every day activities of the office. Ms. McShane joined the staff at Warr & Warr, P.C. and Warranty Title, Inc. in June 2005.
