Attorney Rebecca N. (Morency) Warr was born in Providence, Rhode Island. After graduating from St. Mary Academy Bay View, she obtained her B.A. in 1995 from Rhode Island College. She obtained her Juris Doctor in 1999 from Roger Williams University School of Law.

Ms. Warr is admitted to practice in Rhode Island, Connecticut, the U.S. District Court of Rhode Island and the 1st Circuit Court of Appeals. She clerked for Judge Silverstein of the Rhode Island Superior Court in 1998. She also completed a Fellowship at the Rhode Island Senate and Fiscal Policy Office in 1997. Prior to establishing Warr & Warr, P.C. and Warranty Title, Inc., Ms. Warr was Senior Associate at Tate & Associates, PC (formerly Tate & Elias, PC) from 1999 to 2005.

She is a member of the Rhode Island and Connecticut Bar Associations. Ms. Warr has also served on the Board of Directors for The Big Sisters Fund of Rhode Island, RI Partnership for Home Care and serves on the Alumni Board for St. Mary Academy Bay View.
