Ronald R. Warr, Jr., Esq. was born in Jefferson, Louisiana. He obtained a B.A. in 1991 from Louisiana State University in Political Science and History. Mr. Warr also attended the University of New Orleans and obtained his Alternative Certification for Secondary Education in 1994. He attended Roger Williams University School of Law and obtained his J.D. in 1998.

Mr. Warr is admitted to practice in Rhode Island, Connecticut, Massachusetts, and the U.S. District Court for Rhode Island. He is a member of the Rhode Island Bar Association.
