We are experienced in the representation of purchasers, sellers and lenders in residential and commercial real estate transactions. In addition, we are authorized agents of Stewart Title, Mortgage Guarantee, First American and CATIC to issue title insurance on their behalf. Our involvement includes preparation and review of Purchase and Sales contracts, deeds, leases and mortgages; preparation of HUD and other government documentation; review of title insurance issues and attendance at real estate closings. We pride ourselves on offering understandable legal advice to first time home buyers. We also represent clients in matters involving refinancing and evictions.
